Since 2006, Ixocon has been converting a former industrial site located in Worms, directly on the B9 motorway, into a modern logistics park with various expansion options.

The warehouse sections from 4,000 to 10,000 m² offer flexible usage possibilities and have a user-friendly configuration.

  • 150 m to the B9 motorway
  • 2 km to the B47 motorway, link to the A67 and A5 motorways
  • 6 km to the trans-regional motorways: A61 and A6
