Project:

In 2003/2004 Ixocon developed and realized a complete logistics center within a sophisticated project environment within a very short time period.

Location:

  • Directly at the Airbus plant
  • 4 km to the trans-regional A7 motorway and the Port of Hamburg

Configuration/ Equipment:

  • 10.50 m warehouse height in the single-story area
  • 50 kN/m² floor load capacity on the ground floor, 35 kN/m² on the first floor
  • Drivable ramps for unloading trucks from the side
  • 2 freight elevators each with a max. 5 t load capacity
  • VdS sprinkler system, fire alarm system, smoke and heat extractors
  • Light strips in the roof and facade construction
  • CCTV monitored access and vehicle access control
  • High-quality appointed office and communal areas

  • Site area: 25,000 m²
  • Logistics area: 10,000 m² -ground floor, 5,000 m² - first floor
  • Office and communal areas: 2,100 m²
