Project:

From 1992 to 1997, Ixocon realized its first real estate project with special requirements for storing water-hazardous substances and sensitive goods directly in the Port of Hamburg in the former Stuelcken dock vis-à-vis from St. Pauli pier.

Today one of the largest manufacturer-independent logistics centers for chemical and pharmaceutical products in Northern Germany operates here.
