Logistics Parc EUROLOG Rade

Project:

Between 2008 and 2009 Ixocon, in a joint venture with Garbe Logistic AG, developed and constructed a multifunctional logistics park on the A1 motorway directly on the Rade exit.

The warehouse sections from 6,700 m² to 9,400 m² offer flexible usage possibilities and have a user-friendly and environmentally-friendly configuration. The object is a certified „Greenlight Building“.

  • 500 m to the A1 motorway
  • 20 - 25 km to the Port of Hamburg
  • 40 km to the Hamburg airport
  • 80 km to Bremen
  • 140 km to Bremerhaven
