Logistics Center Winsen-Luhdorf

Ixocon is implementing a user-specific, as well as multifunctional logistics property in the industrial area of Winsen-Luhdorf that will warehouse approximately 45,000 pieces of furniture.

The property is divided into two 6,000 m² hall sections, has a particularly high-quality industrial floor and enables state-of-the-art logistics processes. The facility complies with the standards of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and is „Greenlight Building“ certified. The complex is located on the A 250 motorway directly on the Winsen-Ost exit, just 30 minutes from the Hamburg Port terminals.
